The Open Institute is a local non-governmental and not-for-profit organization whose mission is to facilitate knowledge sharing and communication for social development in Cambodia. It presently runs five programs: KhmerOS (jointly with NiDA), Women, E-learning, Lexicography and Publications.
The vision of the Open Institute is a democratic and just Cambodian society in which all people have equal access to communication tools and to a free flow of information that reflects all points of view. Citizens participate in knowledge sharing and are motivated to express opinions and develop shared solutions to problems in an environment of open discussion.
The Open Institute is seeking eight qualified candidates for the KhmerOS, Women and E-learning programs to fulfill the following vacant positions.
