Responsibilities:

Be responsible to develop training materials for e-learning courses, to adapt training materials from English to Khmer, to evaluate and improve training content, and to do e-learning tutoring.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor degree of Education or Computer Science or equivalent.
• A minimum of two-year work experience as a teacher.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge and understanding of electronic communication, gender equality, information management, basic content publishing and photo editing application.
• Be motivated to work for a social project and to continue learning while they work.
• Speak and write good Khmer and English languages.
• Have good time management and interpersonal skills, be discipline, ability to work as part of a team member and under pressure, and be able to work with little supervision.
