Project Coordinator Assistant - E-learning Program

Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Coordinator to implement the e-learning program, providing e-learning know-how to training institutions. To research on the state of e-learning in Cambodia, and to maintain a network of e-learning practitioners. The Project Coordinator Assistant and the Project Coordinator will work closely together to define an effective strategy to fulfill the above mandates.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor degree of Education or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two-year work experience in dealing with education/development project or related fields.
  • A minimum of one year work experience in ICT project is a plus.
    Effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management, research methodology, electronic communication, gender equality, information management, basic content publishing and photo editor application.
    Be motivated to work for a social project and to continue learning while working.
  • Speak and write good Khmer and English languages.
  • Have good time management and interpersonal skills, be discipline, ability to work as part of a team member and under pressure, and be able to work with little supervision.
